Change user administrator

Only the main administrator can change user administrators.

Granting User management rights to an employee

You can give one or more employees rights to also manage users. This is useful if you are temporarily unavailable due to holiday or illness. You can also, for example, appoint a user administrator per department or branch.

  1. In IAMconnected, select an employee on the User management > Employees tab
  2. Select User administrator under acces level.

Deleting User management rights from an employee

  1. In IAMconnected, select an employee on the User management > Employees tab
  2. Select Employee under acces level.
