The message 'Automatically released' will appear in the following situation in Track & Trace Export.
If all equipment from the document or MRN has arrived at the terminal, Portbase will notify Customs of the arrival. Customs will only send a message back if the document is rejected or an inspection is announced. Portbase will automatically release the shipment after 5 minutes.A Review can still be announced at any time up until the vessel departs.
In addition, there are a Number of document types that do not require an arrival notification to Customs, such as ICT and TT1. These are set to 'Automatically released' straight away.
