If you do not yet see any information about your document pre-notification in the service, then it has not yet been made in the Notification Export Documentation service. If you expected the document pre-notification to have already been made, please contact the party responsible for this.
When a document pre-notification is mandatory, the cargo will not be admitted to the terminal if this has not (yet) been done. On this page you can see the overview of terminals for which a pre-notification via Portbase is mandatory.
