This information is only for main administrators and user administrators.
After creating an account in IAMconnected, users can submit a link request with their organisation. Main administrators and user administrators are notified of this by email. They can accept or reject this link request in IAMconnected. This works as follows:
You can find the pending link requests via User management > In behandeling.
- Click on a link request and review the (business) details provided by the user.
- Three options are shown: Accept, Weigeren and End date. When accepting, you can also enter the end date if, for example, the linked employee has a temporary contract. The user will be automatically unlinked on this date and will receive a warning email 7 days before the termination.
- All accepted users can be found under the employees tab.
