My customer code remains 'in progress' or is 'Rejected' within the Secure Chain

As long as the customer code has the status In behandeling or Afgewezen, you cannot start with the Secure Chain. Below, both statuses are explained.

In behandeling

The carrier has not yet completed the verification, please contact the carrier. Portbase cannot assist you with this. Customer code in progress within the Secure Chain

Afgewezen

Your customer code has not been accepted by the carrier; when a customer code is rejected, an explanation is provided (see the example below). If you have questions about the rejection, please contact the carrier. Portbase cannot assist you with this.
