As an inspection point, you can create schedules to manage your opening hours and capacity. You can modify these at your discretion.
- Open Settings (the round button with your initial at the top right of the main screen).
- Under your organisation name, select Manage schedules
- You will then see all schedules that are current or expired. You can edit these via the Details button or create a new one via + Add schedule.
Add schedule
Indicate the period when this schedule is valid. Are the opening hours or capacity of your location not changing? Then create a schedule with an end date far in the future. Are the opening hours and capacity of the location changing from a certain date (for example, evening inspections or an adjusted holiday schedule)? Then you can create a new schedule with this start and end date.
Ensure these periods connect and do not overlap with other schedules.
Set up schedule per day
You can specify per day (in multiple time slots) how long the time slot is available and what capacity is linked to it. The capacity is the number of GGB declarations that can be requested in that time slot. If the total daily capacity is 60 GGBs and you have two time slots (on 1 day), then enter a capacity of 30 for each time slot. If you do not differentiate between multiple time slots on one day, then create 1 time slot with a capacity of 60.
In the image below, you can see an example of how to set up a schedule per day of the week. Once you have set up all the days, click on Save and your schedule is ready.
