Suspend user (temporarily) in IAMconnected

This information is only for main administrators and user administrators.

You can temporarily suspend employees in IAMconnected. When you are certain that the employee will never need access again, then remove them.

This works as follows:

  1. Search for the relevant employee via the tab User management > Employees.
  2. Press the arrow behind the employee to open the employee details, and press the button Suspend. The employee now no longer has access to the services of the organisation.

It is also possible to suspend an employee in the near future (for example, at the end of this month). Open the employee details and enter the desired end date under End date (optional).

Via Recover you can give the suspended employee access again.
