If you get a new phone, you will need to set up MFA again on your new device. To do this, you must first reset the MFA security in your profile. Follow these steps:
- Log in via a laptop or computer (not your smartphone) at iamconnected.eu. When logging in, use the MFA on your old phone.
- Go to Profile and click Reset next to Extra verification (MFA). You will be logged out automatically.
- Log in again. You will automatically see steps to set up your MFA again. Do this with your new phone.
The above steps only work if you still have your old, working phone. If you have lost your phone or your old phone is broken, the solution depends on your situation:
- Ask your main administrator or user administrator to reset your MFA. Refer them to the article Reset MFA for an employee
- If you are the main administrator yourself, please contact Portbase Customer Service.
- If you are not affiliated with an organisation (e.g. if you use Inland Port Dues), please contact Portbase Customer Service.
