Within Cargo Controller Import, you can also carry out commercial releases in bulk: manually, semi-automatically or fully automated. Below we explain the different options.
Nominating in bulk via multi search

Search by fixed values or a range. This can be done at container, vessel or B/L level.
In the example below, we look at multi search on B/Ls. Make a selection by searching for a range of specific B/L numbers in the Cargo Controller Import search screen. Start the search with BL: and then paste the range of B/L numbers separated by a space. - Then select all B/Ls by ticking the checkbox in front of the B/L number. You can do this directly for multiple B/Ls.
- Next, review whether all B/Ls you see in the overview screen are correct and click the checkbox to the left of the search field. This selects all containers at once that have not yet been nominated and fall within your criteria.
- Then click Nominate inland operator at the top of the screen to apply this to all selected B/Ls at once.
Nominating in bulk via multi select in combination with filters
- The quickest way is to use the quick filter My cargo in combination with the Inland operator filter set to Not nominated. You can use additional filters to narrow down the scope.
- Then click Nominate inland operator at the top of the screen. Follow the step-by-step plan described earlier and you will perform this action in bulk.
Excel upload and download
Within Cargo Controller Import, it is possible to upload up to 500 rows of data. In addition to tracking B/Ls in bulk in this way, you can also nominate and authorise in bulk. Read how to apply this in the article Uploading and downloading Excel in Cargo Controller Import
