In the service Vessel Notification, under the Releases tab, you may encounter the following error messages from the hinterland (Hinterland Container Notification). Each message includes a short explanation and what you can do to resolve the error message.
MLI data not found for consignment
The import manifest was not found in Hinterland Container Notification (HCN).
Advice: Resubmit the manifest. If you receive an error message again, please contact Customer Service via the contact form. In your message, mention this error message and then resubmit the release.
Unknown error while processing commercial release
This error message indicates that something went wrong while processing the release.
Advice: Contact Customer Service via the contact form and mention this error message.
Terminal ‘APMRM’ not found
If the release modality is Rail, but the terminal does not support Rail (such as HPD2), you will receive this error message.
Advice: Enter Road as the release modality or leave it blank and resubmit the release. As soon as the inland operator creates a rail status request at ECT (with HPD2 as the ITT terminal), the Secure Chain will proceed correctly.
