The article Start with Notification Export Documentation contains the basic information about the service. In addition, terminals can request booking information in the web screens and manually report the arrival of an equipment.
Request booking information manually
The terminal can request the booking information via the system interface using the M128 message. If the booking is known, the booking information is sent in the M129 message. The M129 can also be requested manually via the web screen in the service Notification Export Documentation.
- Find the document pre-notification in the service.
- On the right-hand side of the screen, click the 3 vertical dots. Then select Resend to Terminal RTO
Report arrival manually
The arrival (Gate-in) of an equipment is reported via the CODECO message. As soon as all equipment belonging to the document has been received, Portbase sends the updates via an M125 message. For some document types, this message is not sent because the terminal’s RTO handles the follow-up itself.
In addition to this automatic processing, it is possible for terminals to report the arrival manually via the web screen.
- Find the document pre-notification in the service.
- On the right-hand side of the screen, click the 3 vertical dots. Then select Manual Gate-in
