You can register a fixed list of inland operators within Cargo Controller and Cargo Release Manager.
This can only be set by a main and/or user administrator and has operational consequences for your users. You cannot automatically nominate inland operators, as this would overly affect the operational process if a scenario arises where another inland operator needs to be appointed.
Register trusted inland operators
You can add your logistics partner(s) to your organisation as Trusted Inland Operators.
- Log in to Cargo Controller or Cargo Release Manager, go to the user menu > Manage data access.
- You are in the commercial release. Choose the Trusted Inland Operators tab where you can select logistics partners. You can add multiple parties.
Immediate activation
From the moment you register one inland operator here, you can exclude other inland operators for your colleagues. This list of inland operators must be made as complete as possible immediately.
Only main and/or user administrators can update this list. Ensure there is sufficient coverage within your organisation to continue making operational changes. Portbase cannot adjust this list for you.
