You can register a fixed list of inland operators within Cargo Controller Import and Cargo Release Manager.
This can only be set by a main and/or user administrator and has operational consequences for your users. You cannot automatically nominate inland operators, because this would affect the operational process too much if a scenario occurs where a different inland operator must be appointed.
Register trusted inland operators
You can add your logistics partner(s) to your organisation as trusted inland operators.
- Log in to Cargo Controller Import or Cargo Release Manager, go to Organisation settings > Manage data access.
- You are in the commercial release. Choose the Trusted inland operators tab and here you can select logistics partners. You can add multiple parties.
With this action you limit the available choices of inland operators within your organisation.
Immediate activation
From the moment you register one inland operator here, you can exclude other inland operators for your colleagues. This list of inland operators must immediately be made as complete as possible.
Only main and/or user administrators can update this list. Make sure that within your organisation you have sufficient coverage to keep making operational changes. Portbase cannot adjust this list for you.
