On Tuesday, October 29, between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Customs will be implementing the rollout of the Douane Vervoer Applicatie (DVA). During this period, it will not be possible to clear documents in either the old or new system.
The NCTS emergency procedure for Authorized Consignees (TG) may be used between 8:00 AM and 4:00 PM. The original message from Customs is available here.
To ensure a smooth workflow on this day, Portbase advises contacting the CWP or client manager. Please note that Portbase will manage the document clearances with Customs after the rollout, and the results will be communicated back to the terminal in the usual way.
