A pre-notification can be modified or deleted by the forwarder who submitted the pre-notification, as long as the cargo has not yet arrived at the terminal. Once the cargo has arrived at the terminal, only the terminal can make changes, and only until the export manifest has been submitted.

Depending on the terminal, changes must be arranged via the terminal or the shipping line. Click here for contact details and information on how to arrange changes. Portbase Customer Service cannot make any changes to the service once the cargo has been received at the terminal.
