If you have a system link with Portbase but another organisation manages this link, you can authorise this organisation to manage this link. An organisation that will do this for you must be known in IAMconnected as a software supplier type.
You can set who manages each link for you. Click on the edit (pencil) option in the Software supplier field to make a choice.Selecting a software supplier
The dialogue allows you to select from the list of software suppliers. If you want to change the manager, choose another supplier or select the ‘No manager’ option to manage your link yourself.

After confirming your choice, it will become active immediately. If you have chosen to authorise another party, the details of the link are not available in your portal. These will then be available to the authorised organisation in their links portal.
Please inform your software supplier of your choice yourself to ensure that your connection is correctly migrated and/or managed.
