As of Wednesday 26 May, Portbase will be adding several improvements within Cargo Controller and Cargo Release Manager for functionalities in the Secure Cain.
Portbase is continuously conducting research and inquiries among community members to improve our services. A frequently heard complaint is that the filtering within Cargo Controller and Cargo Release Manager does not work as expected.
Based on this and the analysis of Customer Service reports, we have revised the operation of existing filters.
Quick filter: My releases
Improved operation: The quick filter “My releases” shows all releases for which your organisation represents a role in the Secure Chain.
Filter: Secure Chain actions
Improved functionality: The filter “Inland Operator” has been removed, instead the general filter ‘Secure Chain actions’ has been added.
You can now filter on B/Ls for which your organization has not yet received a commercial release or for which your organization still needs to perform an action (nominate or authorize).
Work more efficiently
With the launch of these new filters, we expect that all users will be able to filter more easily on outstanding actions to safely collect your cargo from the terminal.
