Why can’t the correct address for the arrival location be selected in the service?
The service uses the Customs table: Z01 – DELIVERY LOCATION. This can be found online on the Customs website. Is the correct arrival location not listed? Contact Customs with a request to have it added.
Once Customs has added the address, it will be automatically reflected in the service.
What is the contactinformation of the terminals?
Depending on the terminal, contact can be made directly or via the shipping company/shipbroker.
