How do I create an account?

Complete the registration form at https://www.iamconnected.eu/register. After completing the form, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to confirm your registration This link is valid for 7 days.

How do I change my account?

You can change your personal account via 'my profile'. The fields that can be edited are: First name, last name, e-mail and personal phone number.Changes take effect immediately.

How do I change my password?

You can change your password via 'my profile'. Enter the current password there, followed by the new password you want to use twice.

What should I do if I forget my login details?

You can change your password by clicking “Need help registering, forgot password?" in the IAMconnected login screen and then “forgot password”. After entering your username, you will receive an e-mail containing a link to set a new password.

You can find your username in the IAMconnected activation e-mail. If you can't find it, please contact the user administrator or top-level administrator of your organisation.

How do I turn on MFA?

You can do this via ‘profile' - 'MFA (Multi-factor Authentication)' You will then be automatically logged out. When you log in again, you will be guided through the configuration of MFA. You can find more information on the special MFA page.

How do I change my business information?

Business information such as e-mail address, phone number and logistic roles are used to assign certain privileges in the applications. You can change these via "my profile > business context tab". The change must be approved by a user administrator/the top-level administrator.

Which services can I log into via IAMconnected?

Connected services include:

  • Portbase: the Port Community System (PCS) and data services
  • Port of Rotterdam: MyPort and King
  • ECT: My Terminal (for a limited number of pilot users)

How do I deactivate and delete my account?

You can deactivate via 'my profile'. In the lower left corner you will find the button to deactivate your account.
