Sending the MDoH is permitted between 24 hours and 6 hours before arrival at the chosen Pilot Boarding Place (PBP). Outside this time slot, you will receive a warning. In exceptional cases, it is possible to send an MDoH outside this time slot. If there is no good reason, you run the risk that the harbourmaster will not accept the MDoH.
