How to proceed during the disruption
If possible, you can postpone reporting your ship’s stores until the PCS becomes available again. You do not need to submit a paper IMO-3 declaration. Should the ship be subjected to an inspection, then the store list will be determining.
How to proceed after the disruption
Once the PCS is available again, you must still submit your notification electronically via the PCS as soon as possible.
Please contact the Portbase Service Desk with any questions you may have.
If the Customs system experiences a disruption, Customs will report said disruption via a service message at: https://odb.belastingdienst.nl/ and announce whether the backup procedure may be applied.
