How do I convert a transhipment B/L to an import B/L?

  • Cancel the REN in the Transhipment Service. The REN MRN will be removed from the Export Manifest;
  • Adjust to import status in MLI and re-submit;
  • Adjust your MID (Notification Import Declaration);
  • The terminal has MID 2.0 –> withdraw your MID, make the necessary adjustments and re-submit;
    • The terminal doesn’t have MID 2.0 –> contact and inform the terminal, adjust your MID and re-submit;
  • Note: with this action the ‘sea in sea out’ indicator label has NOT been removed from MLI automatically. This has to be done in MLI.
