This is a warning when the combination of the equipment and booking number or document number has already been entered in the service before. If the transport equipment does indeed contain several documents, you can click OK and the pre-notification will be saved.
If the pre-notification with the same information has already been done by another party, even after confirming that you want to add the export shipment, it will not be saved.
Need more information about the pre-notification?
Every user of this service also has access to the Track & Trace Export service. In the main screen, where all services are listed, go to the Track & Trace Export service. If the own company has made the pre-notification, the pre-notification can be looked up directly. The timeline shows which company submitted the pre-notification. If the pre-notification is not found immediately, it must first be added via the booking number (select ‘+ Add’ in the top right-hand corner).
