What to expect from renewed Declaration Food and Consumer Products

On Tuesday 20th of February, you were informed that the Declaration Food and Consumer Products service is going to be renewed. Per Tuesday 19th of March 2024, you will be able to work in the renewed service.
We would hereby like to give you more details on what is going to change about the service.

What can you expect?

Through the renewal of the service, you will notice that, among other things:

• the visual, stop sign, display will give you better insight into the status of your declaration
• you can now attach certificates directly from the service
• the search and filter options have been improved.

Current shipments

Portbase has transferred all declarations sent over the past six months into the renewed environment of Declaration Food and consumer Products. If you still have any active shipments from before September 2023, read here what you need to do. This will help you keep an overview of all ongoing declarations.

Anything else you need to do before the switch?

We will automatically switch you to the updated service environment. However, you will continue to have access to the old service.
