If the inspection of the CVED declaration has been requested at your inspection station this will immediately show up in the overview screen of VIP. Please check the following:
- Search on the CVED number or a part thereof, a typing error may have been made in the communication.
- Filter by Status: ‘Requested’ if you have not yet performed any status actions on this CVED number
- Ask your customer to check whether they have selected the correct inspection location.
