- Confirming requests for changes to the organisation and/or main administrator

- Representing the authorised signatory
- Acting as point of contact for IAMconnected related matters
- Requesting registration of the organisation
- Choosing an authorised signatory
- Providing contact details for the authorised signatory
- Requesting changes at the level of the organisation
- Requesting validation at the level of the organisation
- Increasing the degree of reliability of identities within the organisation
- Appointing user administrators
- User management
- Linking/disconnecting users
- Validating users

Person(s) designated by the main administrator to carry out operational tasks on his/her behalf
