3Tracking a cargo
Tracking a cargo
Choose ‘– Select a terminal –‘. In the drop-down menu, choose the terminal from which you want to pick up a cargo.
Enter the equipment or shipment number
If you wish to pick up a cargo from a shortsea terminal, enter the ‘equipment number’ (in case of containers this is the container number).
If you wish to pick up a cargo from a ferry terminal, enter the shipment number.
Next, click ‘search’ or press enter.
If any information is available regarding the equipment/shipment number you entered, a screen with three information sections will be displayed for you:
Summary Declaration for Temporary storage (Customs manifest, short ‘SDT’): Here you can see the most recent SDT notification and its Customs status in the past two weeks.
Inspection: Here you can see if there is an inspection notification (including its state) related to this equipment in the past two weeks. An empty field implies that there is no inspection known for this equipment (at this stage).
Import document: Here you can see an overview of all import documents (including their state) that have been registered for this equipment in the past two weeks.
The status overview helps you to determine whether you can pick up the cargo at the terminal.
Do you wish to enter a new search inquiry? If so, click the button marked ‘new search inquiry’ at the top right-hand corner of the screen.

Example of a tracker shipment with multiple consignments (groupage)
All consignments should have a checkmark at the document status. In this example, the second consignment has no import document notified for it, hence the equipment cannot leave the terminal.
