You can navigate to the service as follows:
In the main screen, the shipments you track are grouped by booking number.
If you do the pre-notification (digital pre-notification) yourself in the Notification Export Documentation service, you will find these pre-notifications here. There is also the option to add a booking manually, you can follow every pre-announcement. This is further explained in the chapter ‘Adding a booking manually’.
In the main screen you can search through the pre-notifications present in Notification Export Documentation or those that have been added manually. Only search with exact matches possible.
It is possible to track every booking, regardless of the party who made the pre-notification. You can track a booking from any time, even if the pre-announcement has not yet been made.
Select ‘+ Add’ at the top right of the main screen. In the screen that opens you can add the booking number you want to track.
If no pre-notifications are available yet, the booking will remain empty in the list. As soon as a 3rd party makes the pre-notification, this will be shown in the booking.
In the main screen you can immediately see what the latest status is via the lights. There are 4 colors available, the statuses will be further explained below.

Customs inspections:
In case of multiple documents/MRNs in a shipment, the most urgent status will be visible. If a shipment consists of two documents where 1 document/MRN has an inspection, the traffic light will turn red with the comments Inspection.
If the document type requires a release, the arrival is reported to Customs. After the document has been accepted, the inspection can be canceled by Customs. If there is no response, the shipment is automatically released by Portbase after 5 minutes. There are no restrictions from Customs to load the equipment on the ship.
