The Portbase service Declaration Food and Consumer Products is being renewed. From the end of March 2024, you will be able to work in the updated web screens when you are logged into the Port Community System (PCS). In the meantime, you can continue to work in the current service as you are used to.
This changes for you
Your subscription, as you currently purchase from Portbase, remains as is. Also, the cost of the service declaration food and consumer products will remain the same.
The adjustments made to the service will make submitting your GGBs to the NVWA more intuitive and easier.
Submit health certificate with GGB
Earlier this year, the NVWA (Netherlands Food and Consumer Product Safety Authority) informed you that as of April 1st 2024, you will need to send a copy of the health certificate along with the Common Health Document of Entry (GGB). The updated Portbase service, supports the possibility to add this certificate, as a pdf, directly to your GGB.
