Want to easily request the current status of a container before you pre-notify and request a time slot (TAR)? It is now possible with Hutchison Ports Delta II.
From today, Monday 18th March 2024, HPD2 supports status requests for road transport in the service Hinterland Container Notification (HCN) Road. This way, you always have a grasp on the current status of your container.
How it works
Consult the Quick Start Guide on how to create a status request, and convert it to a pre-notification.
This functionality is available to both HCN Road web screen users and carriers with an API system link. There is no charge for a status request. To make a booking at the terminal and receive a TAR code, you will always need to convert a status request into a pre-notification.
