From February 17, users will switch to the new service environments in 3 groups. As indicated in the previous release note, you will receive a week in advance when this applies to your organization. This release note is when your organization has switched.
What does this mean for you?

Set up email notifications and decide whether you want to select a preferred document type. The email settings from the old service are not transferred to the new service.
Send the first arrival notification and check whether the status in the overview screen is accepted.
Step-by-step plan for Cargo Declaration Export (previous Cargo Declaration Export Bulk)
Set the aliases for the arrival locations. This is one-time work and also visible to other users within your organization
Set up email notifications and decide whether you want to select a preferred document type. The email settings from the old service are not transfered to the new service.
Go to the ‘All manifests’ tab and delete the manifests that have already been sent from the old service. These manifests are automatically created from the Ship Notification service. See the steps below.
Send the first manifest and check whether the status in the overview screen is accepted.
Steps to delete manifests in bulk
In “All manifests” (1), filter by Visit status “Departed” (2).
Now check the box at the top of the manifest list (3), to select all unsent manifests for deletion.
A button will appear “Delete [x] selected export manifests” (4). Click on this and confirm with “Delete export manifests” (5).
Note: You can delete a maximum of 1 page of manifests at a time. If there are more pages with unnecessary manifests, repeat steps 2 and 3 until everything has been removed. If you have deleted too many draft manifestos, you can add them manually via the “New manifesto” button.
Important change for Cargo Declaration Export
Just like in the old service, you can also upload multiple manifests via an Excel sheet. Please note: the template has been updated. Make sure you adapt this to your working method from the new service onwards!
