The Cargo Declaration Export service is for the following target groups:
You can start the Cargo Declaration Export service as follows:
You will first arrive at the dashboard featuring an overview of all manifests created for or by your organisation. Further details are available under ‘Details’ or ‘Edit’. Here, you will find more information, e.g. status updates and timelines.
The overview dashboard displays all manifests created by your organisation or the system. The service automatically loads manifests based on information from the Ship Notification service.
In the overview dashboard, you can find various tabs on the left-hand side to improve efficiency and maintain a good overview:
You can search for manifests using various filters on the left-hand side of the page including Vessel status, Manifest status and Departure date. Also, you can enter the following in the search bar: Vessel name or call reference number.
‘Edit’ or ‘Details’ will appear next to each manifest. Here, you can edit or view the details of the manifest. It is only possible to edit a not sent or rejected manifest.
Choose ‘Details’ or ‘Edit’ from the overview screen to view the details of the manifest.
You can add a new manifest by selecting ‘+ New manifest’ in the upper right corner of the overview dashboard. This will open a new manifest.
Below, you can view the possible statuses shown on the overview dashboard and an explanation of each individual status.
A manifest can only be removed from the service if it has not yet been sent to Customs. An empty manifest must be sent to Customs in order to cancel a manifest that has already been sent.
A deleted manifest is no longer visible in the service. Cancelling a manifest requires sending an empty manifest to Customs – it will remain visible in the service.
This service includes the option to set email notifications and preferences. For example, you can select a preferred document type.
The settings for email notifications and preferences can be found on the left-hand side of the overview dashboard, under ‘Preferences’.
