The loading or discharge lists and train compositions should be prenotified to the terminal by e-mail or Excel upload via the terminal website. The status information and loading and discharge confirmations can be requested via e-mail or from the terminal website. For terminals that do not offer these alternatives, you will have to wait until the malfunction is resolved.
