This overview displays all containers from your linked and unlinked B/Ls.
Detailed information can be viewed by clicking a line of your entry.
This information can be used to validate your cargo information.
In the detail screen, it is possible to:
• Make changes to the field ‘Your reference’. This makes it easier to find
the B/L information.
• Unlink a B/L. This releases the B/L for use by another party involved in
handling the cargo.
After a B/L is unlinked, it is no longer possible to reuse the cargo information
in other PCS services. It is still possible to view the information.
Click the button ‘Open’ at the end of each line to view 3 additional data fields.
The menu ‘Manage queue’ displays the B/L link requests which are still in the queue. Handling of your request will resume when the shipbroker has registered
the B/L, or as soon as the B/L is unlinked by another party involved in handling the cargo. No action on your part is needed.
When you click on the icons located next to the entry fields, they will reflect either an error or a status notification.
