On Sunday 26 May from 06:00 to 16:00 there will be maintenance on the database servers of HaMIS at the Port Authorities of Rotterdam and Amsterdam.
As a result, no message traffic is possible between Portbase-PCS and the Harbour Master systems of Rotterdam and Amsterdam. Emergency procedures are used. Besides completing and sending the Emergency Procedure form by e-mail, you should continue to send your messages in PCS; these will not be processed immediately during the maintenance (between 06:00 and 16:00 hours) but buffered. Please take into account a delay in the return messages. After the maintenance has ended, the buffered messages will still be processed and return messages will follow.
We urge you to send in all messages before the scheduled maintenance as much as possible.
Of course, ad hoc issues can be coordinated with HCC and HOC by phone.
Emergency procedure means that agents update voyages and mutations on voyages in PCS and forward them by e-mail to the Harbour Master.
For more information about the Back-up procedures:
Here you can find the Form Emergency procedure Rotterdam where you can save the form first, then open it with Adobe Acrobat Reader, complete the form and send it via e-mail to the HCC.
